With over 15 years of combined experience as a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, and physiotherapist, you can be confident in your rehabilitation and health journey with Jerry.

Jerry is passionate about providing those under his care with the correct diagnosis and treatment to recover in the fastest time possible. Additionally, he has a strong passion for rehabilitative exercises, strength and conditioning training, and high-level performance training to assist everyone in becoming the best versions of themselves.

With over a decade worth of clinical knowledge and experience, Jerry has provided high-level care in injury rehabilitation to all ages and fitness goals. For half a decade, Jerry worked as a youth strength and conditioning coach with the Greater Public Schools of QLD to assist adolescents with their development in various sports such as basketball, rugby, rowing, tennis, and swimming. For three years, Jerry also played a vital role as a strength and conditioning coach for the Australian national basketball team, the Brisbane Bullets.

Through his experience as a personal trainer and exercise physiologist, Jerry is well equipped to provide an array of training methods such as resistance training at the gym, floor/reformer pilates, and functional performance training to suit your individualised needs and goals. Jerry believes a holistic approach is key to optimal rehabilitation and performance and, as an accredited dietitian, provides basic advice on healthy eating habits to optimise your health journey.

About Me:

Yas has over 20 years of combined clinical experience in Physiotherapy and U.S Athletic Training (similar role to an Australian Sports Physiotherapist). He takes a holistic approach with all his clients. Yas performs various Physiotherapy assessments and treatments to trace the source of the dysfunction or condition. He uses a combination of manual therapy techniques and acupuncture to treat chronic musculoskeletal dysfunctions of the spine and extremities, as well as sports and orthopaedic injuries.

Previously, Yas has spent many years working with elite athletes, including U.S Division I University student-athletes, professional athletes and Olympians. He was an intern for Australian National U20’s Rugby Union team, 2015 Oceania Rugby Junior Championship and 2015 Australian Rugby Union Camp. At current, Yas is a team physiotherapist and sports trainer for Football QLD National Premier League Souths United Soccer club.

Yas is a native from Kyoto, Japan, who lived in the U.S and Canada for over 20 years. He enjoys different sports, outdoor activities and travelling.

Yas is making a positive impact in the community through physiotherapy.

About Me:

Micky is a very easy-going person who is passionate about assisting people to return to their normal daily activities. Micky graduated from Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2010 and Masters of Physiotherapy in 2013, both obtained from Griffith University. Throughout his Physiotherapy study, Micky developed a particular interest in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. He later extended his interest in human anatomy. Micky enjoys working with clients who have referred spinal pain, pins and needles, numbness, headaches, weakness in limbs and exercise injuries, whether that be acute or chronic.

Additionally, Micky is a prosector for Griffith University. Once a week he works on the Gold Coast campus at the hospital dissecting specimens so that current students can learn human anatomy. This allows Micky to reflect upon his own anatomy knowledge. Outside of his work life, Micky enjoys playing social badminton and running. He tries to spend time outside and aims to stay fit.

About Me:

Matthew is an enthusiastic, compassionate physiotherapist who is dedicated to enabling people to take control over their injuries and return to the activities they most enjoy. Matthew graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Exercise Science, where he discovered his passion for the human body.

Matthew then sought further studies, graduating with a Masters of Physiotherapy. During his studies he worked with a number of local sporting teams, developing his experience and understanding of how the human body works within a sporting context. This drove his interest and passion into musculoskeletal and sport injury rehabilitation.

Matthew is soon to be qualified in Dry needling and Pilates. Matthew enjoys hiking, fishing, and attending live music with friends. He also enjoys the occasional road trip and mountain bike trail. Other hobbies include strength and conditioning and power-lifting.

About Me:

Joshua graduated from Griffith University with honours from both Masters of Physiotherapy and Bachelors of Exercise Science in Gold Coast. Throughout Joshua’s professional career, he has worked with multiple local clubs as a sports trainer in AFL and Rugby Union. Additionally, due to his personal background and interests, Joshua has an excellent understanding in a variety of sporting injuries such as tennis, squash, power-lifting, boxing and Muay Thai. 

Joshua has a strong passion in working with clients to return from musculoskeletal and workplace injuries so that they may return to living their best life. Joshua uses a combination of manual therapy, providing an individualised exercise program and empowering his clients with knowledge of the rehabilitation process and preventing future recurrence.

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys power-lifting, racket sports, camping, fishing, Muay Thai and exploring the food culture around Australia. He is originally from Singapore and loves regularly visiting his family during the festive season.

Dylan graduated from University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. An avid sports fan growing up, he decided to pursue a degree in physiotherapy to understand the human body, movements, and injuries. He is dedicated to providing high quality care in private practice to assist people returning to their pain-free life. During his study, he worked with GPS schools and QAFL teams as a sports trainer. This is where he further developed his interests in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. He uses a combination of hands-on treatment and exercise therapy to help people achieve their rehabilitation goals. Outside of work, Dylan is also an experienced basketball skills development coach, having worked with youth players from local club to state level. He applies his knowledge in human movement, sporting injuries, motor skill acquisition, and coaching to help athletes improve their on-court performance. He also enjoys playing competitive basketball, strength and conditioning, and watching combat sports in his down time.

Michael graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). As an empathetic physiotherapist, Michael works with you to provide treatments that will get you back to the activities that are important to you. Michael has 12+ years of experience in exercise prescription as a personal trainer, which sparked his interest in injury and pain management. He now uses a variety of hands-on treatments, exercise, and education for the rehabilitation of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

When not at work Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children outdoors at parks, hiking and riding. He also has an interest in camping, coffee, and, thanks to his kids, occasionally watching cartoons.

Becky graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. With the childhood dream of becoming a ballerina, she did ballet for 11 years and was honored to participate in the role of children’s Waltz of the Flowers in Hong Kong Ballet’s The Nutcracker for three years. Although an injury ceased her pathway to dance, it inspired her interest in the field of injury rehabilitation. She decided to pursue a degree in physiotherapy to understand human movement and injuries.

Throughout her career, Becky has developed a strong passion for working with clients to return to sports and activities of daily living from musculoskeletal injuries. Becky uses a combination of manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, and patient education to assist her patients on their rehabilitation journey and prevent injury recurrence. Outside of work, Becky enjoys baking, watching TV shows, and going to the gym. She also enjoys exploring good restaurants and travelling with family and friends.

About Me:

Victor graduated with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney after completing his Undergraduate degree in Exercise Sports Science and Nutrition, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Counselling.

After Victor crossed the finish line of his third Ironman in 2013, he realised, battling acute and chronic injuries is not just physical, it is also mental. These in conjunction with his knowledge and skills in the combined field of CranioSacral therapy & SomatoEmotional release, Neuromeningeal and Visceral Manipulation, integrative acupuncture, advanced dry needling and manual therapy, occupational & exercise rehabilitation, rehabilitation counselling, sports-specific coaching in running, swimming, cycling, and triathlons over the past years have all contributed his integrative holistic approach towards injury management and long-term injury prevention. Over 15 years of practicing, these experiences have led him toward systems of treatments that he finds resonate truest to an interactive holistic approach to the body and mind that promotes transformation and great inner healing.

Vicki is trained in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Japanese Tei Acupuncture, Taiwanese Tung's Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She has 13 years’ experience working within this field.

Vicki has worked closely to GP's, Physiotherapists and Psychologists over the years. She specialises in support of insomnia, stress, quitting smoking, menopause, PMS, sinus problems, allergies, eczema, digestive issues and general re-balancing. Her interests are in women’s health, insomnia and sinus problems.

Vicki focuses her practice by taking a holistic approach to each client's presentation. During a treatment session various techniques and styles may be combined and incorporated with remedial therapy to achieve the best outcome. Vicki is unique in her skills of needling and diagnosis.

When she’s not at the clinic she enjoys travelling, rock climbing and being outdoors.
